Licensing

The articles published in our journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and adapt the content published in our journal for non-commercial purposes under open access. However, users are required to acknowledge the journal as the source whenever they use any content.

Copyright

The copyright of the articles to be published in our journal is transferred to the journal by the authors through a copyright transfer form. The copyright transfer form containing the following statements and commitments is used in our journal:

  1. It is declared that the submitted version of the article is the original work of the author(s) and does not contain any plagiarism.
  2. All authors declare that they have individually contributed to the work and assume full responsibility.
  3. All authors declare that they have seen, approved, and submitted the final version of the submitted article.
  4. It is stated that the article has not been published elsewhere or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  5. It is declared that the text, figures, and documents included in the article do not infringe the copyrights of others.
  6. Authors agree to transfer all financial rights to the journal regarding the submitted article.
  7. Authors reserve the rights to patents or other registered rights that are not covered by copyright, allowing them to use them in their future work without payment.
  8. Authors have the right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, provided that they do not sell the article.
  9. If the article is to be used in another publication, it is stated that the journal must be cited as the publishing organization and referenced.
  10. The authors declare that there are no criminal elements or illegal expressions in the article, no illegal materials or methods were used in the research, and all legal permissions related to the study were obtained.
  11. Authors agree that they are solely responsible for any claims or lawsuits from third parties regarding copyright infringement.
