This policy defines the rights and responsibilities of authors and the journal as follows:

AUTHOR RIGHTS

  • Authors retain full copyright of their articles.

  • The published work remains the property of the author(s), while granting the journal the right of first publication.

  • Authors may reuse their articles elsewhere, provided they indicate that the article was first published in InnovatioSports Journal.

  • Authors are free to share their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks without restriction.

JOURNAL RIGHTS

  • The journal holds the right of first publication for all submitted and accepted articles.

  • The journal reserves the right to publish, archive, and disseminate content under open access.

  • The journal is responsible for maintaining the scientific integrity of published content and may issue corrections or retractions when necessary.

LICENSE TERMS: CC BY 4.0

  • This license allows third parties to share (copy, redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, build upon) the article.

  • Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.

  • The content may be used for commercial purposes.

  • These rights are irrevocable as long as the license terms are respected.

RESTRICTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • No additional legal or technological restrictions can be applied that limit the rights granted by the license.

  • Images, tables, or third-party materials included in published content may be subject to separate copyright. Authors must obtain the necessary permissions for such content.

At InnovatioSports Journal, we uphold an ethical publishing model that supports open access to scientific knowledge while clearly defining the rights of both authors and the journal.
